Who We Are

Where communications, evidence and development expertise come together

Founded in Ghana, KCC Advisory works with corporations, government institutions, development organisations and civil society to address complex communications, policy and development challenges.

We bring together strategic communications, public affairs, digital communications, development expertise, research, media development, and peace and governance. This multidisciplinary approach enables us to understand institutional challenges from different perspectives and design solutions that are strategic, contextually grounded and focused on meaningful results.

From strengthening corporate reputation and communicating public policy to mobilising communities and facilitating dialogue, we help institutions translate their ambitions into credible narratives, purposeful engagement and measurable action.

Our Story

Our journey

KCC was established in 2015 as a boutique corporate social responsibility consultancy with a commitment to helping organisations execute and communicate community projects effectively, and to identify and build stronger relationships with their stakeholders.

Over the years, our work has expanded. Through engagements across aviation, agriculture, migration, health, governance, media, peace and social impact, we have seen that many institutional challenges cannot be addressed through communications alone. They require evidence, policy understanding, cultural insight, trusted partnerships and sustained public engagement.

This experience has shaped KCC's evolution into a strategic communications and development advisory firm — one that combines communications expertise with research, public affairs, digital engagement and development insight.

Today, KCC is building on more than a decade of experience to support institutions seeking to strengthen trust, influence constructive change and deliver lasting impact.

What We Believe

Communication should create more than visibility

We believe communication is most powerful when it strengthens trust, improves public understanding and enables institutions to act more effectively.

For us, communications is not simply about attracting attention. It is about helping organisations understand their audiences, communicate with credibility, navigate competing interests and mobilise people around shared goals.

Whether we are supporting a corporate institution, government agency or development programme, we begin with context and evidence. We then connect strategy, narrative, engagement and execution to produce work that is relevant to audiences and aligned with institutional objectives.
